I have suffered 7 months no access with TM streamyx in KL and still charged full monthly fees. Still waiting for tech support ... their customer service didn't care much when we cancelled.
Changed to p1, when their system was down they only charged us RM3.00 and waived monthly fee. Plus gave us prior notice.
So what is the best broadband for Tengkera area? celcom or maxis?
